Part of this career journey gave me and my family the opportunity to live in Europe. With a home nestled in the Lavaux, among the ancient vineyards of Switzerland as our launchpad, we immersed ourselves in the culture, learned a new language, and most importantly discovered the joy in sourcing truly fresh ingredients. From the outdoor markets of France to the wet markets of Thailand and many other travels, we’ve been forever imprinted with a deep appreciation for fine, fresh, quality ingredients.
